To attach the wall mount kit to concrete, brick, or other hard surfaces, the appropriate screws and anchors must be obtained separately.

It is a bog standard Cisco Phone wall mount kit. There are other alternatives that are easier to install and use IFF you have the right wall-plate, but I prefer the flexibility that the Cisco product provides.Be familiar with the process to release the phone from the bracket, or you might have to look it up when someone is moving their phone and calls you at the most inopportune time:>)
